This fine stemware of perfect martini proportions was created by John E. Miller for George Duncan & Sons, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1870 before the martini was born. That very same year, in the neighboring state of Ohio, Charles and Maximillian Fleischmann introduced their gin. Which today is famous as the world's driest gin since 1870.
